Return Policy

At Adinath Gemstones, we deal in natural and certified gemstones, and all products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only in cases where the product received is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the product description. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original certificate, packaging, and invoice. Products that are customized, energized, or made to specific customer requirements are strictly non-returnable. Additionally, natural inclusions, minor colour variations, or internal characteristics inherent to gemstones shall not be considered defects.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the issue is due to our error.
